Alternative Easter gifts with Qwerkity

With Easter just around the corner, I’m looking at ways of celebrating it without the traditional chocolate. Believe me I love some chocolate (who doesn’t) but I can have chocolate any day of the year. And the kids get so much chocolate, it’s madness! I’m happy for my kids to gorge on chocolate now and again but at Easter it’s just that little too much.

So I’m looking at alternative gifts and I came across Qwerkity.

Qwerkity offers unusual, practical and fun gifts for people of all ages; for children, teens, men, women, brothers and sisters, Mums, Dads and Grandparents.

Ranging from gifts and accessories to home and travel gadgets, we have a unique collection online and in our catalogues. Our quirky range of high quality gifts includes traditional gifts, new and unusual gifts you won’t have seen elsewhere, and personalised gifts, so you can give something truly unique.

You’ll find good quality gifts for him and gifts for her, to suit every budget. Whatever the occasion we’re bound to have that special something you’re yet to dream of.

I was asked to choose a couple of items from the site as alternative gifts for my children. After ages of searching their suggested Alternative Easter Gifts I chose

Wall Climbing Car

  • Works on floors, ceilings and walls
  • LED headlights
  • Infrared controller
  • Charge for 20-40 minutes
  • Requires 6 x AA batteries (not included)
  • Only use on smooth surfaces

and

Time Shock

  • Fun game for all ages!
  • No batteries required
  • Play on your own or with any number of mates
  • Great for hand-eye co-ordination
  • For ages 4 years and over

Both have been a massive hit for the whole household! The wall climbing car daddy loves! It took him ages to give it to Harry to play with. Harry thinks it is amazing and Jack giggles his head off at it.

The Time Shock game is flipping frustrating but funny. The aim of the game is to set the timer and then try and place all the shapes in the slots before the time runs out. No one has achieved it yet but we’ll keep trying. Teen daughter and I even did it jointly and we still didn’t do it!

So If you’re looking for some alternative gifts this Easter, give them a look as they have a great selection.

*I was gifted these items in exchange for a post but all words are honest and my own.
