So the kids are finally back at school and so are the germs! School is brilliant for children but everyone with children will know, that is usually where the germs come from. Children cough and sneeze and don’t use their hands/don’t wash and they have their heads close together.
Having a teen, tween and toddler Iv’e picked up a few tips for keeping germs at bay, so I’m going to share a few with you 🙂
- Check your child/ren’s hair for headlice before they go back to school and then at least once a week after school
- Vitamins! You can get lots of vitamins that look and taste like sweets so the children will be more than happy to eat them and they can be very beneficial.
- Keep stocked up at home for any illness. There is nothing worse than your child falling ill and you have to go out and get the items they need.
Boots also have a few tips
We’ve always kept our children up to date with the dentist, opticians and immunisations. I always carry wipes and we always have a travel first aid kit in the car.
I get our items from Boots. There prices are great, they always have everything I need from their great selection and I get boots points which I save up and enjoy at Christmas 🙂
I asked my children to give me their impression of a germ ‘a Germie’ and this is what they gave me…..
Why not ask your child to give you their ‘Germie’ Do you have any tips on keeping healthy? If you do why not post to instagram or write a post, if you do leave the link in comments and I will like and comment :).
