So today I have decided to set myself a challenge. I want to lose weight but I know I would be no good at trying to stick to weight watchers/slimming world or similar because as soon as I say “diet” I fail.
So I wondered if I did simple lifestyle changes, could I make a difference?
I have decided to cut out Fizzy drinks and Crisps from now until the 1st March, so one month. And also to walk Harry to and from nursery (Tue and Thurs) every week until 1st March and see if they make a difference.
I have chosen Fizzy pop and Crisps because both of those I eat/drink too much of so I think if anything, they would make the biggest difference.
I have taken photos and made a note of my weight now but I am choosing not to share them with you until the 1st March (if they make a difference) because I am not happy with them at the moment and if they don’t change by the end of the month, I don’t want to be showing you the same fat pics. If they do make a difference (even a small one) I will post before and after pics and I will continue to on a month to month basis.
So I shall see you again on the 1st of March with my results 🙂
