Disney Princess and Frozen Art Therapy Book Review

371

As a Parragon Books book buddy I am lucky enough to get sent some fantastic books every month but this is my favourite because instead of them being for Harry, the books are for me 🙂 I suppose you could say these books are for children, but I feel they’re more for adults to me.

They are Disney Frozen and Disney Princess art therapy colouring books. I was bought an art therapy book for my birthday last December and have loved them since so was super excited to have these two to my collection (as I think you can’t have too many) they’re so relaxing on an evening to help clear the mind.

These two books have such lovely designs inside too

I have loved colouring in these books and have had had to hide them from the teen daughter because she wants to colour them too. I also showed them to my step mum and she fell in love with two so there is definitely no age limit on them.

If you like these art therapy books or have wondered about them, then I definitely recommend these books, they’re lovely!

Everyone has an inner artist wanting to be released, and this magical collection of Disney Princess patterns provides the perfect canvas to develop your creative skills.
Inside you’ll find over 100 intricate and inspiring designs – so relax and discover your unique princess style with calming colouring to suit your mood.
Ideal for:
A wonderful colouring book to help children and adults with mindfulness, stress and inspire creativity.

We have these too and I would agree with you about them being more for adults or older children. My 11 year old niece would love them.
