This is to test the three step routine Bath, massage, quiet time and then to bed.
Then I gave him a massage ( I couldn’t get a photo of this but he loved it) again the powder and oil smelled lovely! You know when you just want to eat your kids up?
And then we had quiet time. We watched a little bedtime hour on CBeebies and read books while cuddled up.
I was so shocked that it took Harry about 3 minutes to fall asleep and he slept all night! We have not had this for a while now. He is usually pretty good staying asleep (unless poorly) but getting him to sleep has been a huge nightmare lately. But this 3 steps seemed to work 🙂 We will definitely be doing the 3 steps more often from now on!
