Making mornings easier with Up&Go

Are your mornings super busy? Yes? Mine too. Having two teenagers and a 3 year old as you can imagine my mornings are very manic.

The 3 year old is always the first one up and is actually quite easy to get ready. He want’s breakfast straight away then he is happy to get dressed (well most days) and brush teeth (unless he wakes up on the wrong side of the bed)

The teenagers however are not so easy. One gets up perfectly but needs a few hours to dress and organise herself, the other one finally gets up after my hundredth time I’ve shouted up.

Mornings are so manic because yes the toddler is easy but I have to make packed lunches, get toddler dressed and washed, get everyone to eat breakfast, get myself dressed, help with homework, find the things that the teens can’t seem to be bothered to find, clean up, the list goes on.

Breakfast is one of the main things we struggle with because we never seem to find the time to make it and sit down and eat it. That was until we were introduced to Australia’s number one breakfast Up & Go. They have saved us so much time in the mornings. They are a nutritious breakfast on the go and are healthy and packed with everything that is needed to set anyone up for the day.

There are 6 flavours to choose from..

  • Banana and Honey
  • Iced Coffee
  • Mixed Berries
  • Chocolate
  • Strawberry
  • Vanilla

The kids can drink them while they’re busy getting ready or even drink them on the way to school.

They are a big hit in our house (it doesn’t look like from the teens face but a teens smile is an extremely rare thing, especially in the morning)

Teen was enjoying it so much that the 3 year old pinched it off him and abandoned his own breakfast 🙂

It’s not just for weekdays because on a Saturday my teen has trampolining at 8.30am so it’s really important he has breakfast and its great peace of mind knowing we have some of these Up&Go’s in the house.

If you’re always rushed for time in the mornings, I would definitely recommend you give these a try.

*We were sent these Up&Go drinks for the purposes of review but as always, all words and opinions are my own.

Interesting – always looking for convenient, nutritious breakfasts, it’s such a struggle to get everyone up and out isn’t it?! Will look out for these.
