A Ruckjack is a Jacket (I would say coat) and a rucksack all in one! I think it is a very clever idea. All those time’s my children have no longer wanted to wear their coats so Iv’e got left holding it, gone! 🙂
Now since it has been so warm we’ve not had a chance to test it out fully (We have a holiday booked for the end of October and will be taking it with us to test it out) so this review is going to be telling you more of my experience (Well Jordan’s)
Firstly the experience starts before you even receive the item. You first go to their website Here
Since it was for Jordan I let him do it all. I can’t find the picture I got of him while he was on the computer but he was smiling so much 🙂
It is so fun! It makes funny noises, like little aliens laughing, which got Jordan laughing 🙂 And it’s very bright which always encourages children.
You first pick your item (T-shirt, Ruckjack or Swoopercape) followed by the design/colour and finally any extras and that’s it! You just confirm your order and it’s on it’s way to you 🙂
Jordan love the idea of making his own item of clothing. When it arrived it was far better than we were expecting.
The colour is very sharp. The coat’s inner is made of 100% Thinsulate which I consider a very good name. Here are a few more benefits……
- Water resistant
- Velcro® adjustable cuffs
- 3M Thinsulate
- Underarm vents
- Deep & retractable hood
- High visibility white zips
- Stain Resistant
- Machine washable
- Customisable zip pulls
The only downside I have is we did find it quite difficult to turn it from coat to rucksack and their was no instructions, we had to log on to their website to get the information. But I have told the company this and they have taken it on board. I have to say their customer services are excellent! Highly recommended 🙂
Here are a few pictures of Jordan modelling the RuckJack….
And Jordan’s view of the whole thing is……. Awesome, clever, weird, Fun, and Terrific!
This is not a sponsored post. I was sent this item to review but all words and opinions are my own.
