My amazing trampolinist!

Last year my tween decided he wanted to start trampolining. We’re a bit scheptical because he’s joined other clubs and soon got bored, plus his best friend did trampolining so we thought it was just because of that. Anyway we decided we would let him join but they didn’t have any places left so he was put on the waiting list. A couple of months past and they had a spot for him. Considering he waited months and still wanted to do it, was incouraging.

He started and said he really enjoyed it and the instructor said he had a natural talent for it!

I think it was another month and his best friend dropped of the club. We were sure it wouldn’t be long for tween but we were wrong. It’s been a 8 months and he still loves it!

On Sunday he entered his first ever competition. He was so nervous. He’s only being doing it 8 months and that’s for an hour every week so not a huge amount, so we were sure he wouldn’t win anything but thought it would be good for confidence and experience. Well he completely blew us all away and came out with a gold medal for 1st place!

I am so so proud of him. He has clearly found his talent and is enjoying it 🙂

Fantastic! It’s so good to see kids find their own niche to excel in. Our three love the trampoline we bought for the garden last year – one of our best investments ever.

  4. What a fantastic achievement, that’s brilliant! It’s great when they find something that they love isn’t it? Well done tween! Thanks for linking up! #loudnproud
