So last week I did something very brave and joined Weight Watchers. I have openly said I’m against ‘diets’ for a few different reasons. But what I was doing on my own was not working. I moaned constantly about being unhappy with my size but continued to eat really bad so I bit the bullet and signed myself up.
So from now on I’m going to write a weekly update with how I am getting on. So here goes….
Weight – 7lb Loss
Points – I used 14 of my 35 weekly points.
Feeling– I really struggled this week. I had a lot of headaches and felt really tired. And was so hungry! But I expected it the first week because going from lots of sugar and carbs to hardly any was of course going to have an impact.
