New year walk!

So we all say it “I want to lose weight, get fit, eat healthier this year” but I decided to stop saying and just do! I’m not happy with my weight and fitness, haven’t been for years now so I want to change that, but I say every year that I will and don’t stick to it.
But on the 1st of January myself, OH, children and my parents went to Coombe Abbey Country Park for a long walk. It was lovely. We all felt refreshed and ready for the new year 🙂 I really hope I can continue to get out more and keep active as I know I will feel better for it and so will my wedding photos next year.

    It looks like a great day out, it’s lovely that you all got to go out for a walk together. I love the photo of everyone looking over the bridge, was there something interesting down there or were they playing pooh sticks. I hope you do managed to make it out more often!
