The Night Before Christmas book review

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse… Rediscover Clement C. Moore’s classic Christmas rhyme brought to life with enchanting, modern illustrations from breakaway new talent Harriet Muncaster.

We were recently sent this beautiful book by Parragon . Everyone knows this lovely story and I loved reading it to Harry with the Christmas tree glowing next to us.

This is definitely going to be our Christmas eve read. The illustrations are bright and the story is not too long so it kept Harry focused through the whole book.

Harry being only 3 obviously can’t read but he loves looking through the book and telling us to listen to him ‘reading’ it. I really do love this story, they have not changed the original story one bit, they’ve just updated the pictures, which are lovely!

We recommend this book and would give it a 10/10

*We were sent this book for the purposes of review but all words and opinions are my own and as always, honest.
