Feeling – I was a bit on and off again this week. The beginning of the week was very filled with lots of unhealthy snacks but then I sorted myself out and got back on it. I also walked lots this week. I’m getting fed up of just only taking 1lb off at a time so I’m going to try really hard this week and see if I can make more of an impact.
