Feeling – So once again I’ve been feeling low and I let myself eat rubbish. I didn’t eat as bad as last week but I didn’t hardly exercise because I was in bed for 3 days poorly. I’m annoyed with myself and determined to get back to it properly. I know I’m only a few lbs heavier but it’s made me feel rubbish and I don’t want that anymore.
