Weight Watchers Journey – Week 4

Weight – 2lb gain

Points – 0 weekly points left

Feeling – So this week I was a little naughty with my food. I was within my points but with a lot of the wrong stuff. Basically really low on points with my meals, then ate rubbish with my points. Also I’ve had a few problems with going to the loo which has made me very bunged up so I’m trying to not be too disheartened with the gain. I’m back on it now and hoping for a loss next week.

    I think that it’s amazing that you have stayed within your points. I always struggled when the numbers went in the wrong direction, but it’s great that you are feeling positive about next week!

  2. I always think you need to gain some weeks, just to stop you from getting complaceent It’ll give you some motivation and at least it shows that eating junk has negative consequences! I used to hate it when I ate crap for a week and would lose weight, or when I’d eat super healthy and gain it
