Weight Watchers Journey – Week 6

Weight – 3LB loss

Points – 0 points left

Feeling – This week I’ve been pretty good. I’ve stuck to my points and have been exercising because I’ve had the school run everyday and of course running around after a two year old and housework. I think I’ve been so good because I know next week is (well the beginning) is not going to be as good. I had Chinese last night and today I’m going to warner bros studio tour. Obviously I’m going to try and not be too bad but I’m not going to stress about what I’m eating either.

  1. You’re doing so well. I have given up on weight watchers and gone back on slim fast. Combined I’m nearly 1 stone down and like you not stressing abput what I eat just making better choices all round xx

  2. I’ve never done weight watchers. I had great success with dukan years ago and I’ve lost two stone since jan from going dairy free for breastfeeding. You are doing great ! X

  3. You are looking fabulous. The weekends are always bad for me and this one in particular (I’m sitting with a pizza in the oven and eating Pringles!). Back on be salad tomorrow!
