Word of the Week

This week Harry gave me one of those heart stopping moments.

We were outside playing but I needed the loo so I came in and sat Harry on the bottom stair and said “I’m just going toilet and then we can go back out”

I pushed the front door shut and then went to the loo. As I washed my hands I shouted “are you ready Harry” but got no reply. I quickly dried my hands and walked out the door. And I saw the front door wide open and no sign of Harry. I raced out and saw the man opposite was reversing out of his drive onto the road. My heart stopped again thinking that Harry was going to get ran over, but I ran a bit more and he was on the front garden playing with the grass. I was so flipping relieved. I came in after that and thankfully it was lunchtime so that distracted him.

My bigger two give me constant cause to worry, I thought I was safe with Harry 🙂
