This week my word is Active! I wrote a POST earlier in the week about a challenge I had set for myself. I have been really good and kept very active this week. I have walked all of the school runs and on Wednesday I walked to the post office with Harry and then Harry, the OH and I walked the long way around to the MIL’s. I am so determined to try and lose some weight and most importantly get fit. I have felt so heavy lately (inside and out) so I know I not only want it but need it.
I really hope I can keep it up and then as I get fitter, I hope to get out more often and for longer. I know Harry enjoys it 🙂
